Dietitian - Sarah Morton

Sarah Morton is a highly specialist Dietitian with 13 years experience in both the NHS and private practice.

Passionate about health but also about our relationship with food, Sarah will bring her many years of behaviour change techniques, significant clinical knowledge but most importantly her compassion, in providing individualised input to clients.

 

Specialising in disordered eating including diagnosed eating disorders (Anorexia Nervosa and Bulimia Nervosa) in both young people and adults – Sarah has had additional training in FT-AN, CBT, DBT, compassion focus therapy, SSCM and motivational interviewing.
 
Sarah also has significant experience in working with binge eating disorder and general weight management concerns.
Sarah also has had extensive experience in bariatric surgery nutrition and was the Dietitian for the Tier 4 Welsh Bariatric Service for four years.
Ms Morton also has a keen interest in functional bowel disorders and IBS and has received additional training in the delivery of low FODMAP diets.  Finally given Sarah’s many years of clinical experience she is also able to input to more general related queries (nutrition support / coeliac disease / perinatal nutrition etc).
Sarah will see patients in all the following areas:

  • Fertility nutrition / perinatal nutrition
  • Post operative bariatric surgery clients
  • Eating disorders (diagnosed) – Anorexia / bulimia nervosa / binge eating disorder
  • IBS – second line advice (Low FODMAP Diet) 

Prices

Eating disorder clients – Initial appointment £175 / 90 mins
– Follow up appointment £100 / 60 mins
Low FODMAP package – 2x Face to Face appointments, 1x Virtual follow up and email support + King’s college booklets – £350 
All other standard new assessments – £125 /60 mins 
– £80 / 45 mins follow up 
 Sarah is HCPC registered and a full member of the British Dietetic Association.
